Certified/Administrative Personnel Application for Employment                                                 Salary Schedule
	Occupational Therapist Position is: Actual  Requires a current license from the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners and a Statement of Professional Recognition from the Iowa Department of Education authorizing practice in an educational setting.  Work with children birth to age 21.  Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to travel.  Starting salary dependent on years of experience and education.  EOE/AA Speech-Language Pathologist Position is: Actual  Applicants must meet Iowa Department of Education guidelines for Speech-Language Pathologists or have a current license from the Iowa State Board of Speech-Language Pathology Department of Public Health and a Statement of Professional Recognition (SPR) from the Iowa Department of Education.  This position will assume responsibility for all aspects of providing speech-language services, including identification, remediation, referral, resources and research as appropriate of all childgren birth to 21 with communications delays.  A Master's degree is required.  Starting salary dependent on years of experience and education.  Excellent benefits.  EOE/AA Physical Therapist Position is: Actual  Requires a current license from the Iowa State Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners and a Statement of Professional Recognition from the Iowa Department of Education authorizing practice in an educational setting.  Work with children birth to 21.  Service area includes schools in South Central Iowa:  Adair, Clarke, Decatur, Lucas, Ringgold, Union and Wayne counties.  Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to travel.  190 day, year around contract .  Starting salary dependent on years of experience and education.  Excellent benefits.  EOE/AA
