401.22 "Background Checks for Prospective Hires" was approved by the Board
of Directors at the January 23, 2001, board meeting: "In the interest
in ensuring the Agency's mission and safeguarding the Agency's constituents,
Loess Hills Area Education Agency 13 shall conduct criminal background
checks for prospective hires."
