There are 12 AEAs in Iowa. The Loess Hills AEA provides services
to 31 school districts in seven southwest Iowa counties: Cass, Fremont,
Harrison, Mills, Page, Pottawattamie, and Shelby. AEA 13 has regional offices in Council Bluffs (Halverson Center, Manawa, and Peterson Center), Atlantic, Glenwood, Harlan, Missouri Valley, and Shenandoah.
