Online Rubric Builders

Access political cartoons for use with social studies performance assessments.  This site even has a teacher's guide with ideas of how to use political cartoons in the classroom - site gives permission for use of cartoons for classroom purposes only without cost.

 

Webquests
A WebQuest is an inquiry-oriented activity in which most or all of the information used by learners is draw from the Web. WebQuests are designed to use learners' time well, to focus on using information rather than looking for it, and to support learners' thinking at the levels of analysis, synthesis and evaluation.
